The CA Residential Building prep course is designed to guide you through the code book chapter by chapter. Our experienced instructor will emphasize what will be on the exam and what to expect out on the field. With highlights, homework, quizzes, and practice exams, you will be fully prepared to take the actual exam and become a certified residential building inspector in California. *This course is to prepare you to take the CA Residential Building Inspector J1 exam *PLEASE NOTE: Location may change dependent on class size. This price includes the required code book. You can purchase it on your own, or we can purchase it for you. The cost covers the book, tabs & shipping. There are no refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before the first day of the class. You will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the start of the class, will receive a 100% refund. There are no refunds on books and materials.
